Tatiana Thompson

MA, NCC, LPC

Tatiana is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Arizona and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arizona State University. She works with individuals, couples, and families with the understanding that personal problems don’t just happen on their own – they’re fostered by family and social systems.

Tatiana specializes in helping clients identify the limiting beliefs that they learned in childhood and reprogramming those beliefs through subconscious healing modalities. Creating new beliefs can lead to healthier behaviors and better life outcomes. She helps clients get to the root cause of issues like anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, and trauma using a combination of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solutions-Focused Therapy, mindfulness practices, ego-state exercises and psychodynamic approaches.

Tatiana also specializes in working with LGBTQIA identified clients, and BIPOC individuals, staying current and active on matters of social equity. Tatiana believes that each person can create the life they want with the right tools and healing. Her goal is to help clients navigate major life transitions and heal from past trauma.
