My aim is to provide a supportive and safe space to honor your life experience as you explore your personal values, acquire the tools for self-healing, and find comfort in being your authentic self.
My therapeutic approach involved integrating a psychodynamic lens while using evidence-based treatments (ACT, EMDR, Mindfulness) to respond to your unique needs and mental wellness goals. I work with adults via telehealth throughout the state of Arizona to address a variety of concerns, such as managing anxiety and depression, processing trauma, navigating life stage transitions, improving communication skills, and developing healthy boundaries. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia College and State University and a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of Arizona.
