Nicole is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Arizona. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, she brings a diverse and inclusive perspective to her work. With over a decade of experience as an educator, Nicole has developed a deep passion for working with children, families, and couples. After relocating from Colorado to Arizona, she embraced the opportunity to combine her teaching expertise with her aspirations in counseling.

 
Nicole’s clinical focus includes utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Adlerian Play Therapy. She is dedicated to helping clients feel comfortable with all emotions, understand how to accept and respond to them effectively, and explore the journey of discovering and embracing their holistic selves. Nicole strives to share her light, compassion, and practice with individuals navigating life’s challenges, walking alongside them with unwavering support—whether they feel ready or not.

 
Nicole’s creativity and innovative problem-solving skills are informed by her lived experience with ADHD, which she views as a source of strength and inspiration. In her personal life, Nicole enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, practicing yoga and meditation, dancing, and creating meaningful memories with her family.
