I am a graduate of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling master’s program at Northern Arizona University and a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC).
My passion is in supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being. My approach to therapy is rooted in person-centered principles, where I prioritize creating a compassionate and non-judgmental space for clients. I integrate somatic practices to help you connect with your body and release stored tension, alongside practical tools from DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) when appropriate.
I work with a wide range of clients and am especially committed to providing a welcoming, affirming environment to the LGBTQIA+ community. Whether you’re navigating complex emotions, identity questions, or life transitions, I’m here to support you with warmth, respect, and curiosity.
Outside of my professional life, I am an avid knitter and a lover of fiber arts, which I find meditative and creatively fulfilling. I also enjoy spending time with my dogs, listening to audiobooks, and exploring various forms of art. These interests not only enrich my life but also contribute to my empathetic and holistic approach to therapy.
