I believe that vulnerability, authenticity, and compassion allow for the development of deep connections and self-assurance. My aim is to provide a safe and supportive environment for you to find strength and growth through hardship, acquire the tools for self-healing, and become your most authentic self.
I take an individualized approach to counseling and incorporate a variety of therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness.
As a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, I understand the psychological and social aspects of disability and adjustment. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia College & State University and a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of Arizona.
