Welcome. Taking the step to seek therapy can feel significant, and I deeply respect your courage in considering this journey. My aim is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, truly respected, and empowered as an active participant in your own healing and growth.

My flexible approach integrates evidence-based techniques tailored to your unique needs. I incorporate Somatic Theory techniques to address the mind-body connection in healing. I also utilize Self-Compassion to foster self-kindness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to align actions with values, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emotional regulation and relationship skills, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to explore thought-feeling-behavior patterns.

Grounded in mindfulness and guided by intuition, I believe in your inherent wisdom and I am here to offer support as you navigate your path toward greater well-being. I look forward to connecting with you.
