Greetings! My name is Mark Bandimere. My pronouns are he/him. I am a master’s level
student at the University of Arizona currently studying Clinical Mental Health
Counseling. I am a U.S. Air Force veteran originally from Bakersfield, California and
found my way to Tucson through the military.
I have a passion for supporting others with their journey through self-healing, with
supported guidance and a respect for your life’s journey. I utilize many different
techniques such as Reality Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to identify and
create actionable and obtainable solutions. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
(CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Person-Centered Therapy to create
an environment where you as the client feel comfortable, genuinely heard, safe and
grounded through your healing journey.
Outside of my professional identity, I enjoy reading, embroidery and gardening. I find
that these activities give me the opportunity to explore different worlds, explore my own
creativity and spend time with my family and my three pugs, Luna, Biscotti and
Alphonse.
