Tatiana is a Licensed Associate Counselor with a master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Arizona and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arizona State University. She works with individuals, couples, and families with the understanding that personal problems don’t just happen on their own – they’re fostered by family and social systems.

Tatiana works with LGBTQIA identified clients, also staying current and active on social justice matters. She helps clients get to the root cause of issues like anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and trauma using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solutions-Focused, mindfulness, ego-state and psychodynamic approaches.

Tatiana believes that each person can create the life they want with the right tools and healing. She specializes in helping clients navigate major life transitions and heal from past trauma. By creating a safe, non-judgmental space, you can explore your current situation and all the factors that brought you here, with the awareness that you can move in a new direction today.
